Why does everybody have to talk trash. I follow football so much. Just not in any time before 2002. Im only 16. And how am i supposed to know about some homo that couldnt excell in anything but college football. So dont talk trash because i dont know about some old Chargers Quarterback.

Cliffy... this is a forum. The new guy is going to get some ribbing. Especially when you ask where Ryan Leaf went. Stick around, you might have some fun, just don't take stuff so personally.

you'll quickly realize that most of the people that tease really don't know that much. Well, the exception is me...I'm pretty sharp, ya know... [IMG]

just kidding. Welcome aboard, and don't worry about the ribbings. We've all gotten them. Just don't tease SF...he's pretty sensitive.

Don't worry about the ribbing Cliff, everyone gets their fill. Asking about Ryan Leaf is not the most embarrassing thing you could possibly do. Last year, I predicted that the Lions were going to be good.

Yeah, don't ask how that prediction worked out for me.

Stick around...there's some great discussion that goes on here, and some great people to talk to as well.

Its kind of like when the 1st round draft pick reports to camp and the vets tape him to the goalpost and pour water on his head, its a right of passage, that everyone has to go through....

A little ribbing is to be expected until people get to know someone. I can accept that. I'm not so keen on the "deal with it" or "get used to it" type responses, but I suppose there is validity there as well. However, I don? think that someone should have to ?toughen up? to come on a friendly message board and either get educated or educate us.

Welcome to the boards Clifford. I hope that that stick around.

Welcome Cliff. I hope you stick around. Its always to go have another fan aboard. Who is your team?

What can I say about the teasing. Being guys, its what we do. Its not like we are going shopping for shoes; right?

Though, there are old associates from the past who might have been better off at the mall being harassed by Al Bundy.

I've already got windows but thanks for asking.

FWIW, Barnes & Noble is the only retail outlet I can stay at for long periods. Does that count as a shameless plug or out right advertising???
