He was not a leader on the court, it was in the Warriors best interest to let him go.

Nice game tonight Warriors, i thought they were going to fold after they went down by 15 in the 3rd quarter. i was at the game, i have to give them props, they almost came back to win. You should have been there Rudeezy, it was awesome. My first NBA game in about ten years.

The Warriors are a frustrating team to watch right now but you got to see your Celtics play some good ball.
Things keep getting better and better. As we get better, we get more comfortable so less tension meaning better play. I feel for Dunleavy though, he probably was inconsistent and played badly sometimes because he was afraid of disappointing the coach, his dear ol' dad.
