Injuries:
Den- SG Jon Barry Cervical IL
PF Mark Pope Knee Out

Lac- PF Melvin Ely Flu IL
PG Eddie House Foot IL
C Josh Moore Back Out
==============================
*Notes:
Den- Enough of waiting for them to slide down the ladder, these guys are hanging tougher than anyone imagined.

Lac- Why is it every time we start to feel good about these guys they start to slide? Time to change the name from Clippers to Heartbreakers.

==================================
Keys off the bench:
[IMG]
<ul>
[*]Earl "The Energizer Bunny" Boykins is instant momentum off the bench, he plays his heart out every time he is out on the court...expect him to do the same against the Clippers.
[IMG]
<ul>
[*]Simmons can hit the open shot if given to him, he plays average defense and can be a factor on the second team if not taken seriously.
=============================
Key Starters:
[IMG] [IMG]
<ul>
[*]Carmelo Anthony has struggled in the Month of December, but he is the kind of player who can turn it on any given game, I think he will have a big game and help his team to a W.
[*]Elton Brand can dominate the low post against anybody in the leauge, he has nice post moves, hits the boards hard, and never quits...he will be the key to the Clipper success in this game, and all season long.
=====================================
Keys to the Game:
Den- Carmelo Anthony needs a good game in this game, he can not struggle from the floor. Voshon Lenard has played Spectacular ball all year long and will torch the Clippers if he is left open. Andre Miller is an up and coming PG and can dish with the best of them, he will get the ball to the open man. Nene has had a rough start but will come along and he could be big in this game, he will be defending Brand so he needs to limit Brands rebounds. The Clippers may have the advantage on most of the one on one matchups, but the Nuggets play better team ball.

Lac- The Clippers have been playing good team ball all year, but have dropped a couple in a row now that they should have won. If they have any hopes of getting that 8th seed, now is the time to turn it on. Brand needs to be the first option on the team, with Maggette and Q rich being the next ones. Marko Jaric got dominated by Stephon Marbury and will need to step it up against Miller. This game could be ugly for the Clippers.
============================
Prediction:
The Nuggets extend the Clippers losing streak winning this one by 6

Nice Preview VA's Finest. I predict the Nuggets win this one by 6. Both teams having play great basketball lately with the Clips with their team work and the Nuggets with their will to strive for the win and never give up.IMO Nuggets take this one by 6.

Nice preview VAs.

In Loas Angeles, I'm gonna take a punt and tip the Clippers. They haven't been bad at all this season, especially with injuries, and I feel they'll come out and play hard for the victory. Maggette on Anthony will be fascinating.

One minor error in the preview, the Nuggets are 19-12 not 20-11.

Damn, good to see Q having a big game, I see the Clips are up heading into the 4th. This Clipper team could really make a run at the playoffs if they continue to play well, and stay healthy.

Richardson scored a career-high 44 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Clippers to a 120-104 triumph over the Denver Nuggets.

"I'd hate to have a game like this and lose," Richardson said. "I'm just glad we won. That makes it that much more fun." </div>

HUGE game from Q in this one. He has as much talent in his little finger as some guys have in their whole bodies, and it's good to see him delivering on it.

Yep. I want to see him re-sign with the Clippers. I think if they bring everyone together, with a healthy team, they can be dangerous. Q-Rich has broke out of his shell this year and has really shown the league what he's all about.

He went off! Wow, the Clippers would be stupid not to resign him after this. I didn't think he was capable of this, but that comes from somebody who never watches the Clippers unless they are playing the Timberwolves. Wasn't he on the hot seat before the season started? I think they even made a poll on NBA.com saying who has the most to prove this season, and Quentin was the leader of the pack on that one. Does he have an option or can he be an Unrestricted free agent after this season?
