Elton Brand

This 6-8 265 lbs forward is certainly a force down low. Denver need to keep him close in the paint, and keep him off the glass. He averages a career double - double.

Jump's Prediction

There are some great matchups in this game and I expect it to be a close one. Earlier in the year, Clippers beat Denver at home, but then we bounced back and beat them at home. Camby and Brand will need to be massive tonight, so look out for high rebounding statistics. I think Melo will have an average game, scoring within the 20 points mark.

Denver 99
Clippers 98

Nice preview Jump. I say the Nuggets take this one in a nail-biter. Both teams have been playing great ball lately and this game could go anyway. I expect good games from Carmello Anthony, Earl Boykins, Marcus Camby on the Nuggets side and Elton Brand,Quentin Richardson, and Cory Maggette. I'm going to say Nuggets by 4.

Man it's such an even matchup, even the matchups alone are great. I'll be looking forward to this game. Look at the offensive matchups, Maggette and Carmelo! If Voshon plays as well as he has been doing as of late, then the Nuggets have this in the bag. Hopefuly Q-Rich can contain him as well hit as well as he does from the floor, Brand and Nene, they'll be killing each other for rebounds. I can't think whose better at both blocks and rebounding so that's pretty even. Miller and Jaric will probably be battling each other with three pointers, I just hope that the Clippers come out on top, they have great potential and need a win. Great preview Jump!
