<div class="quote_poster">Quoting BallerAK47:</div><div class="quote_post">Wade doesn't have much others either</div> What...he has Eddie Jones, who can still hit the 3 ball, Caron Butler who is coming back into shape, and Lamar Odom who is cracking up to be the player everyone thought he would be
I never said he had NO help. I said he doesn't have much around him either. The Heat players aren't SUPERSTARS.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting BallerAK47:</div><div class="quote_post">I never said he had NO help. I said he doesn't have much around him either. The Heat players aren't SUPERSTARS.</div> So Odom, Butler, Jones, Grant, and Haslem are not much help?
I am just trying to make the point that Wade isn't the Rookie Of The Year so far. Even if Wade does have alot of help in Miami, that can make the point that he shouldn't be Rookie of the Year. He has others around him that he can feed off and make himself better.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Vintage:</div><div class="quote_post">No one said he didn't. He had Milicic and Kaman listed, and I was asking how he could contemplate between them, when Kaman has had by far the better season between them. He had "Milicic or Kaman." Not "Milicic or Hayes." Or "Milicic, Hayes, or Kaman." But "Milicic or Kaman." Given the two choices, its easily Kaman.</div> I posted his stats because he isnt getting the love i think he should be, i think that the rookie team should look something like this, but that is My OPINION and other people are granted to theirs Wade Bron Melo Hayes Bosh...maybe Kaman
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting VAs Finest:</div><div class="quote_post">I posted his stats because he isnt getting the love i think he should be, i think that the rookie team should look something like this, but that is My OPINION and other people are granted to theirs Wade Bron Melo Hayes Bosh...maybe Kaman</div> I don't think you understand what I was saying. I was replying to that guy because he seemed like he didn't know who to pick from the Kaman or Milicic choice. Since he made no reference to Hayes, I assumed he didn't want Hayes in there. Thus, I posted my reply about Kaman and Milicic. Since hemade no reference to Hayes, I didn't.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Vintage:</div><div class="quote_post">^ Please tell me that you are joking? Milicic on All Rookie Team? Kaman has had a much better season.</div> Don't worry, I was. Darko is just bad. Sarcasism noted, when you get blocked on your first shot attempt and then got hung on an attempted dunk (wide open, too) on national TV (Pistons @ Cavs), your reputation tends to drop much, much lower... How did this guy get drafted over Carmelo? And Wade slipped my mind, as did Hayes. I guess being on the Heat or Wizards didn't help my memory, nor did being injured.
wade ROY Yes i'm biased because he's on my team and yes, i think Caron was robbed last year (at least stats-wise). But my point is that Wade is posting huge numbers on a team where he not only has to compete for shooting opportunities with Odom, Jones and now Butler, he's also in charge of giving other players those opportunities. LeBron's team was handed to him. Wade is earning it.
Vintage, BallerAK47 was talking about this.. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting cubanballer:</div><div class="quote_post">MVP: KGRookie: Wade - sorry LeBron, you are doing it on a team with no other players.</div> Cuban was was saying that James has the stats because his team sucks and Wade was still getting good stats on a team built with better players. I understand his point, but he did not put much "brain" into it.

One on one, Darko can score on just about anybody, believe that. He has amazing moves and footwork, great touch too. Problem is the game is too fast for him right now, he will adapt to it in time. He gets lost when he is double teamed, he looks down too much instead of observing the floor situation. He played against bigger guys before, but not with the speed and power of the players in the NBA. Lets remember, he would just be a senior in HS now, he is the youngest player in the NBA.
I had no idea he was THAT young. But anyway, Detroit doesn't really need a big man. If they needed him, he'd be in for more than 2 minutes every 3-5 games. Where is he from, anyway? And I guess he'd adjust a little better if he got playing time...

^Wallace is in his prime and Campell is past his prime. With Darko not in their plans for this year, nor even the next few, he will have plenty of time, believe that.
