Heres the deal

I Get the guy i told you(If available when you pick in 2nd round) and for that pick you get my 3rd round pick(31st overall, yours is 41st, so you get another 3rd and get to jump 10 spots.)

I then give you my 4th(54th overall, and urs is 44, so you pickup another pick 10 spots later, and Id give you my 8th round pick(110 overall, yours is 100, so you pick up another pick 10 spots later) and Id get a player later to be named.in between rounds 9-11.

hows that,

now ill upgrade you side, If one of 4 players i like is not available at pick 26(my 2nd round pick), ill switch that pick for the 3rd i alrady gave you,

so you get, 31st overall, 54th overall, and 110th overall
Id get the player i want at 16, and a pick between 9-11.

you said u like later picks, so u pick up 1 later picks, and if u agree, ill send you the players id want at 26, and you know the guy at 16

or you can counter, OR we can just talk during the draft about trades within thedraft.

Yeah, well you had better work it out with your Commissioner. Otherwise it's a logistical nightmare.

 

Drafts never go as planned. Sanity kept me from reading the whole post, but I hope it is flexible. We'll see in a few minutes...
