Attempting to put 'Sheed alongside Pau Gasol is a classic Jerry West move, but you wonder whether even The Logo would dare reuniting Bonzi Wells and 'Sheed.</div>

Although Memphis was not one of the featured teams, Stein still brought up the possibility of Wallace going to Memphis. Right now it looks like Philadelphia will wind up with Wallace, but let's just toy with the possibility of 'Sheed coming to Memphis.

    PG - Williams/Watson
    SG - Posey/Wells
    SF - M.Miller/Battier
    PF - Gasol/Swift
    C - R.Wallace/Wright

That lineup is Finals caliber in my opinion.

Who would be traded for Wallace. Portland won't just ask for a draft pick.

Finals caliber? How? How is that team better than Los Angelas(if Payton and Malone return), Minnesota, Dallas, Sacramento, and San Antonio?

I'd agree its playoff caliber, but not finals caliber.

With all due respect to Portland, why is Memphis making a rumor to land another troublemaker? Talent is already good enough in Memphis. They don't need to make risks.

I agree, Wright is already a good enough shot blocker on his own, Sheed plays more like a power forward anyway, a real mean one. He'd just add some offense that Memphis could easily muster up alone.

This isnt a good move at all for the Grizz. The Bonzi Wells/Rasheed combination has proven to be an unsuccessful one in the past, so it needs to be left in the past. Plus their are way to many young players on the Grizz that Rasheed could have a negative impact on. I love Rasheed but he needs to go to a veteran team that wont be affected by his side show. He needs to be on a team with star players that can put him back in control when he gets out of line. Who on the Grizz can control or even attempt to control Rasheed. I dont think Hubie brown would want to deal with a player like Rasheed this late in his coaching career. I think Rasheed will end up on a eastern Conference team next year, after he becomes a free agent.

I don't think this move will be made b/c I've heard so many other rumors about Rasheed going to other teams...so I really wouldn't count on this one.

Very well said, he wouldn't work well on a young team, he'd try to take charge. They should take Henacy's advice and put him on a team with "veterans", decent ones at that. Say....maybe the Knicks I guess, along with McDyess.

Thanks for the props, I was thinking about him as a knick too. He has that Charles OaKley, Anthony Mason, Patrick Ewing fighter attitude about him. That would make him an instant fan favorite with the Knicks. But those players I mentioned had eaxh other to keep on another in line. And they had coach Riley to regulate everything. But this version of the Knicks out there just wouldnt work with Rasheed. They have a passive Coach, their top three platers are all extremely passive Houston, Mcdyess, Van Horn. Lord know the Knicks need his heart but alot of changes would have to be made to bring a guy like Rasheed to the Knicks. But I tell you one thing Sprewell wouldnt have been yapping at the Knicks bench like he did without getting some in response if Rasheed was sitting over their instead of Van Horn & Houston. The take no s**t version of the Knicks are officially dead.
