@ <font color="Indigo">The Sacramento Kings (21-8)</font>@<font color="Blue">The Los Angeles Clippers (13-15)</font> Time: 3:00 Eastern Place: The Staples Center TV: Local ======================================== Probable Starting Lineups: Mike Bibby/Marko Jaric Doug Christie/Quentin Richardson Peja Stojakovic/Corey Maggette Brad Miller/Elton Brand Vlade Divac/Chris Kaman ======================================= Injuries: Sac- PF Chris Webber Knee IL PF Lawrence Funderburke Achilles' Out Lac- C Olden Polynice Neck IL PF Melvin Ely Flu IL PG Eddie House Foot IL C Josh Moore Back Out ==================================== Notes*: Sac- They have been buzzing along without Chris Webber, but they need him soon. Their confidence is slipping. Lac- Why is it every time we start to feel good about these guys they start to slide? Time to change the name from Clippers to Heartbreakers. *sportsline.com ====================================== Keys off The Bench: <ul> [*]Bobby Jackson is the perfect sixth man, he is capable of being a starter on most teams in the league, he is averaging 13.5 points, 2.2 assists, and 3.6 rebounds a game. [*]Chris Wilcox is coming into is own, he is a very athletic big man. He is averaging 10 points a game, and 5.2 rebounds
====================================== Key Players: <ul> [*]Peja is an amazing shooter, with the ability to take over a game, He is averaging 25points a game, and 5.8 boards. [*]Elton Brand should have a challenge in this game going against Brad Miller, but he is quicker, faster, and better than Miller. He is averaging 18.4 points and 11.4 rebounds a game.
=================================== Keys to The Game: Sac- Peja Stojakovic needs to have a big game, he needs to hit his open shots, which he most likely will, and he needs help from Miller. Christie needs to lock down Quentin Richardson, and Brad Miller needs to keep Elton Brand in check. Corey Maggette will make or break the Kings team. Lac- The Clippers have to play great team ball in this one and hit the boards. Every member must play contribute and play well. Quentin Richardson is coming off a career game, How will he follow it? Maggette struggled last game, but he is the factor tonight, he will have to try and contain Peja, if that does not happen, it will be a long night for the Clippers. ======================================== Predicition: The Clippers have beaten big teams this year, and I think they take this one in a suprise win by 3
I hate the Kings. Q-Rich has been plain' well so hopefully he can continue that. I hope the Clips get lucky and come out on top, they used to be my 2nd favorite team, so I'm glad Q-rich is doin' well, and I hope they win. But I doubt it.. Kings by 9.
I'm not the biggest Kings fan either, but they are gonna slaughter the Clipps. Good thing for the Clippers that they are playing @ home, because if they were on the road, they would die.
Clippers like to run and gun..Which is why I don't see this being a blowout.Clippers played the Kings tough at arco not too long ago with a 60% Elton Brand out there so with a heathly Brand who knows.I have said it all year..Clips will give the top teams problems with their speed and overall scoring power.
Kings will take this one easily if the Clippers don't get back on D and play it hard. Kings by 9. BTW Nice Preview VA's Finest
I'm going for the UPSET If Quentin Richardson can repeat his 44 point performance against the Nuggets, and if the defense can contain the Kings high powered offense, then the Clippers will win by 7 at Staples Center.

They always give teams tough games, I'll take the Clippers by 3.
Well it was a close game until the very end when the Kings puleld away. The Clippers fought, but came up short. I figured the Kings would win anyway..

Doug Christie played awesome, shot 10-12, scored 22 points and also added 10 assists.
Sorry i couldnt keep you guys updated on the game, swapt all day, reading for school, bball practice, then went out to dinner...Clipper played there hearts out, they are no longer the laughing stock of the league P.S. I am not going to be able to make a preview for the game against the Lakers tomorrow
