..do you cats like the direction your team is headed? Is C-Maggz and Brand a good foundation for the future (assuming of course that Q takes the free agent road this off season)? If you dont think so what could they be doing better?
So far, so good. My hopes were lifted back in the early 90's when Larry Brown took over the sinking ship, it looked good for awhile, then the team returned to their old tricks. I'm pleased to see that Maggs and Elton are locked up through '08 and '10. I'm pleased that "the Donald" finally sprung for a decent NBA coach who isn't on social security. And I'm also happy to see the wealth of young talent that seems to actually be maturing and growing as a group. It's going to be crucial that the Clipps do two things this offseason. One, re-sign Q. Two, acquire a veteran point guard to solidify the backcourt. If those two things happen, I'll be convinced.

Also what do you think about Jaric? Is he gonna shine in this L? Is he their point of the future?

That's the frustrating thing about this jackass, whenever it looks like he's decided to start caring about the team, he loses interest and lets it fall apart yet again. When Manning, Harper, Norman, Smith and Larry Brown were here in the early 90's, the future looked bright. Then, as usual, Sterling turned back into his old self when he realized that he would actually have to pay these guys to stay. I would have seriously had to be restrained if I had the chance to wrap my hands around his cheap, scrawny little neck back then. But, it looks like he may finally have given up playing games with the Clipper fans and decided to make a commitment to the future. This offseason will be the test, if Q is resigned, and they bring in another veteran for the backcourt, I'll sleep much easier. Jaric still concerns me at the point, one night he'll look impressive, the next he'll look totally overmatched. If he doesn't pull his game together by the time the end of the year rolls around, I would bring in another veteran guard to give him some competition. If he still can't get it together, I'd have to think about moving him.

Anyway,I hope Sterling gets the message,I personally think this team is about to ascend up the ladder if only dude will commit himself to making them winners. As for Jaric...my uncle lives out there on the left coast and he was singin' Marko praises...I didn't know...just wanted an opinion from someone who sees him play often.
Marko is still a young player, and does have the ability to become a top NBA pg. I just get frustrated with him sometimes, I really do hope he becomes more consistent and sticks with this team. If not though, I wouldn't mind having Mr. Nelson running the point in LA next season...That backcourt is finally getting the recongnition it deserves.

Best point in the nation IMO.
No doubt, Jameer is just as good as Gordon or Felton, even better in some areas. If I was a gm in need of a pg, I would definitely draft him in the top ten. Hopefully the Clippers will use their lottery pick on him if they don't make the playoffs this year. They sure don't need anymore bigs.
