Jeez. Didn't we just realign the whole league recently? There is this nice 8-year scheduling format that works well. They even put an AFC team into the NFC. Please tell me that they're not "expanding" to 33 teams or want to put an NFC North team in the southwest United States. Besides, Al Davis owns the rights to LA, so any deal like that has to go through him first <wink>. "...NFL Expresses Interest in Anaheim Franchise Wed Aug 25, 8:51 PM ET ANAHEIM, Calif. - The NFL has approached Anaheim city officials about possibly building a stadium complex for an NFL franchise that could begin play as soon as 2008..."

The Vikings are perrenial favorites to move to LA, mainly because we can't seem to get a good stadium deal done. You know, if only Red McCombs acted like I did in Madden 2005, the Vikings would have a stadium. I know I got one right away.
this is my problem with the NFL, and ive said it before. they dont realize they have the best sports program in the WORLD. they keep thinking they have to compete with he NBA and MLB but dont realize, they own all of the other sports. they are fine the way they are, if anything in 10 years there will be problems like there are in baseball with to many teams. the owners would be smart to vote against this. besides LA can hold any franchise

I don't look forward to a day where we have 40 NFL teams. Of course, it just increases the odds that I get a job in the league
Hey, it has been 10 years since LA has had a team. The one thing that you have to remember is all the NFL sees is the dollars it feels they are losing by not having a team in the second biggest TV market. I personally like the way it is set up. As much as I liked going to Raider games, I like the fact that I don't have to worry about a blackout rule.
I don't blame the NFL for wanting a team in LA. I don't care if there is a team in LA. I just don't want another team anywhere. If someone wants to move there then I would have less of an issue. The Lakers moved from MN....why not the Vikings. Thats the two things I think of when I think about LA.....lakes and Nords ....lol
I read somewhere that Indianapolis would be the favorite team to be relocated. In one of there owners meetings they talked about it but the owner of thje Colts said that is wasnt an option and he has hopes for the Colts market.
well cliff if the owner says no, it stays no. i think if any team would move to LA, itd be the cards, they cant get any support of fans or anything, the only thing stoping them is they have a stadium being built

The Cards can't win, not tickets sells= blackouts
I heard the 2 favs are Coltsw, because they have the lowest franchise sales and such, the Viks, and even the Saints. But how would they re-align the league with an uneven amount of teams if a new Franchise is doned? 33 teams...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nflfan04)</div><div class='quotemain'>i hope they dont add another team itd be pointless</div> Well at first at least. After a few games they would score. Unless they want to recreate the Bucs' futility of the 70's.

I assume that you mean that LA can't hold any franchise. Two NBA teams (longer than you've been alive,i think). Two MLB teams (longer than most people reading this have been alive). Two NHL teams (one a long time resident and the other an expanson team). Not that long ago there were two NFL teams. Give it a look and I think you find you might be wrong. How long were the Rams in LA? How long were the RAIDERS in LA? The Chargers barely register as a blip, and theat is a fair argument. She then starved them and blamed the fans for not paying the fare. Her [murdered] husband loved the town, and the town loved him. "Georgia" took a team that was drawing well in LA and moved them 40 minutes away to Anaheim because of fans that didn't support the team. She used the same excuse later to move the team to St. Louis. Watch her dance, the c*nt. Anyway, LA can support a winner. A losing team will never do well because of the law of large numbers.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (nflfan04)</div><div class='quotemain'>i hope they dont add another team itd be pointless</div> POINTLESS are u crazy if they add another team there can be more free agents on teams. I think if they do something these are what they would do. 1. Move Vikings to LA(cause they have shit stadium) 2. Make another team and put them in LA. I think im gonna subscribe to this one its cool
yes a league with 33 teams? come on! i say get rid of teams and knowck it down to 30, but 32 is fine, justa bit big, but 33 is overboard i dont mind if they relocate teams though.... like minnesota to LA
