Minnesota would be the best canidate, most of their fans dont wan to hear that but it fits, also The Jets, if the stadium doesnt work out!
i still say we cut the league down to 30. get rid of the jaguars and maybe another team we dont need. 5 teams a division 3 divisions a comference. it would be great.

We have the whole state of MN, Northern Iowa, Western Wisconsin, SD, and ND. Hell the Vikings can be heard as far west as Miles City, MT on a normal radio. LA Market is what 7 counties.
