<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Disgruntled players, frustrated coaches ... what else is new? MESSAGE FOR WARRIORS fans: Relax. Yeah, your point guard, Nick Van Exel, complained about the offense. No, your squad can't win on the road right now. And sure, there seem to be issues below the surface. But guess what? The Warriors are not alone. Heck, most of the teams in the league are in crisis management mode. It's the way it is in the NBA. Pick a team, any team ... Indiana: The Pacers have the best record in the Eastern Conference, yet their best player, Ron Artest, hates coach Rick Carlisle's offense and made sure everyone knew about it last week. Carlisle then benched Artest for what he called "conduct detrimental to winning." Detroit: The Pistons entered Saturday's game against the Warriors on a four-game winning streak. Still, players are grumbling about coach Larry Brown's style. Brown and center Mehmet Okur have gone back and forth about Okur's shot selection. Assistant coach Mike Woodson and small forward Tayshaun Prince got into a shouting match during a timeout in a recent game against New Orleans. And all the while, the most-asked question remains: Why can't rookie Darko Milicic, the No. 2 pick in the draft, get in the game? When Ben Wallace recently was asked if the team is over the hump, he responded: "I don't know. We had to start somewhere. We've started a nice little streak and hopefully we will continue to add to it. But talk to me later about that hump." Los Angeles Lakers: Shaq and Kobe. Phil and Kobe. Enough said.</div> full article ========================= I know this is a Warriors article but it pertains to the whole league. Pretty good read.

Personally I don't like Larry Brown,he'll bolt whenever things dont go his way or when he doesn't get what he wants. He's the mercenary of head coaches.
I have a lot of respect for Larry Brown, and all that he's done throughout his career. But i think that he is not the right man for the coaching job in Detroit. He does not have the backround of being a coach that brings along young players. As we all know Darko Milicic isnt having the BEST year that a rookie could have. thats all i got...
Anyone remember people saying the league will fall off without MJ? I think right now. Its the most exciting as ever.
