Know what is annoying, members who have to use "!!!" after every sentence.

Anyway, I see many are not bright either when it comes to these deals. We are not going to get Finley AND Jamison, nor Miller AND Swift, I suggest you guys learn about salaries and the cap while trying to be a little more realistic.

In the Miles and Z deal the cavs would get Frank williams, KVH, and i forgot who the other one was i remember seeing a article somewhere but i think i already posted in another thread.</div>

HELL NO I dont want Glass(KVH) he is the softiest player i have ever seen and probably the most overpaid and his contract length is pretty long as well. we should just trade miles for frank williams,Doleac then go trade Z for something.

I wouldn't write Wags off yet. Gotta give him time,he just came back from an injury. He may been burnin' it up in practice but it's totally different from a game situation. Gotta let him get his groove back plus the way Miller has been playin' lately I think I'd take my chances with D.Wags.

Well looks like the talks with Thomas and the Knicks are still going on for Darius Miles. I bet that Frank Williams is probably the guy that the Cavs have targeted.

Williams was not looking that bad actually before he got hurt. Of course I would not do that deal straight up, but maybe throw in some picks or cash and I would strongly consider it.

We need another point guard on this team, James can't be the point guard and the main scoring option yet, that's too early for him.

can't Dajuan Wagner start pointguard when he gets healthy?
Then we have a good pointguard and a good scorer in LeBron, but he's not our pointguard!

LeBron is our best point guard and will be the point guard of our future. Wagner is by no means a point guard, he is a slasher/scorer, not a playmaker. James just can't handle being the scoring leader and playmaker for this team at such a young age.

Man i just don't know about that one. What would they do put James at 2 and start F. Williams at the 1?

No, I would look at that situation like the Miami situation with Wade. Wade starts at the point, but moves around a lot during the game while Alston eats up a lot of PG minutes.

The NBA is not about positions as much as it used to, but more so about matchups. James has been our point guard, but other teams have stopped playing their point guards against James. Other teams go very small to get Z out of the game too.

I like Williams and would not reject him coming here.

I'm not sure why Wally is getting all this love from you guys. Yeah, he can knock down a jumpshot, something that we desperately need, but you have to check out other things besides his on floor abilities. His deal goes through the 2008/9 season, in which he will be making 13 million his final year. He is already making 8 for being a rather one dimensional player. If I'm going to give a guy 60+ million, he better be able to do more than spot up shoot. In the coming years, we are going to want to resign Booz, Lebron, Wagner, etc. and picking up a guy with that size of a contract will tie our hands a little.

I don't give a damn no more. Pax, do what you have to do. I'll continue to watch no matter who we pick up. But i feel we should go out and find a deal for Z before we find someone for Miles.

hey dude.. I was checking out your signature about Larry Nance's Comments on Lebron's Jumping.

I heard on a ESPN Cavs Broadcast that Paul Silas said Lebron in practice Jumped and TOUCHED the TOP of the backboard!!!

When asked: Lebron kinda acted like it wasn't true..but it sounded like he was being more humble then anything else.

Do you think Paul would lie to ESPN?? Does anyone think it is true?

    * They said that a Globetrotter & maybe Ralph Samson were the only other 2 guys to do this.

Do you think the 6'8" Lebron can do this?

im pretty sure he can. i mean he was 17 and did a between the leg dunk on a fast break in HS im pretty sure he can touch the top of the backboard with the tip of his fingers.

King James, Paxson finally did a smart thing i would be so mad if we did moochie for daruis. Frank for Daruis is pretty even.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">With low-post centers such as 7-3 Zydrunas Ilgauskas in short supply, the Cavaliers are receiving lots of offers for the eight-year veteran as they shop him around

The Trail Blazers have offered forward Rasheed Wallace, the Pacers have offered center Scot Pollard, forward Austin Croshere and guard Jamaal Tinsley, the Hawks have offered center Theo Ratliff and guard Jason Terry, the Mavericks have offered forward Antawn Jamison and the Magic have offered forward Juwan Howard. Because Ilgauskas is earning $13.5 million this season, an extra player must be thrown in to fetch Wallace or Howard</div>

    http://www.suntimes.com/output/banks/cst-spt-banx11.html

Terry and Ratliff seem intersting offers to me. Pollard and croshere's contract are a mess but tinsley is good. Rasheed is good but his attitude is a concern. What are your thoughts on Ratliff and Terry?

Jamaal Tinsley is coming into his own and playing very well with the Pacers, but for some reason I know Bird is not a fan of his "streetball" style of game. I would not mind having him, but I would still prefer a shooter like Jason Terry who could mesh well with James.

We don't need Ratliff, we have Boozer, Battie, and Diop. There is no way in hell I would want Howard either.

The pacer deal seems pretty good. But we wont get any offense out of the deal. Juwan is a waste what a flop he was. If he cant get it done in Orlando he damn sure wont get it done here.Terry wants out of Atlanta. I read that this morning also. But he wants to play in a condenting team. If he was traded here he would be another Lamand Murray and complain and demand to be traded again. I'd take Wallace. Mabey he can get this team pumped up and start demanding calls that we dont get. Plus Rasheed might take in consideration that he was traded b/c of his attidude and decide to clean up and be a leader for us.

The Cavs don't need to get more offense they need more defense. I think that we definately trade Miles for either Ratliff and Terry or Frank Williams, both would be a great deal for this. For Z, I would just take a friggin basketball to get him and his contract off of this team, although that thing called the 115 percent exemption would negate that trade, oh well, I think Z should be traded for Stromile Swift or a young center.
