"After being traded three times earlier in his NBA career, Antonio McDyess wasn't too surprised when he got the news from Knicks President Isiah Thomas that he had been dealt once again Monday morning. Make sure to quote it if it was from nba.com, now I just wonder if he'll start when Amare comes back, maybe Amare can play the 5 and Mcdyess handles the 4.
during games they should try white mcdyess and stoudemire, they could knock some heads down in the post.
Dice never seems to stay anywhere other than Phoenix or Denver for too long without somehow finding his way back. What is this now, his third time around with the Suns? Maybe only his second, but it sure seems like more. Phoenix probably won't resign him in the offseason, so he'll be able to go back to Denver for awhile before returning to Phoenix yet again. These two teams should just hold his contract jointly, that way he can just rotate every 20 games or so. It's a pointless observation, but I find it oddly entertaining...
Haha, that's good. He started with Denver, then went to Phx, then back to Denver, than the most brief season-and-a-half in Knicks history since Bernard King, and now back in the Valley. I wouldn't be surprised if the Suns played McDyess at center occasionally when Amare gets back. More pf's from the mid 90's who've lost their jump have been shifted over to the 5 spot: Ho Grant, Elden Campbell, Shawn Kemp, Vin Baker, Antonio Davis, Dale Davis, Kevin Willis, Christian Laettner, the list goes on. McDyess definitely isn't as explosive as he once was, whereas Amare has proven suitable at guarding the many skilled 4's in the West. Of course, most of the time Dice will probably come off the bench behind Amare.
