<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">What was the main reason for you to move to Oak Hill Academy?

Josh Smith: To play with better talent, for academics and to focus on my senior year.

How's been the transition from an average high school to a national powerhouse like Oak Hill?

JS: I'm used to play against tough competition because of the summer circuit. We play a lot of games in the summer.

How are you handling all the media attention you are getting now?

JS: I'm used to it. I'm not worried about it. I only play a team concept as hard as I can.

You have been compared to Darius Miles. Do you think that's a good comparison? What about the comparisons with Tracy McGrady?

JS: It's a pleasure to be compared with Darius Miles. He's a dominant player in the NBA. T-Mac is an extremely good player. It's an honor. He?s also one of the most dominant players in the league.

Which player do you think you resemble the most?

    JS: KG. Kevin Garnett.

What do you think are your strengths on the court?

JS: I'm a team player. Just making other players around me better.

And what do you think you have to work on?

JS: My decision making on the court.

Why did you choose Indiana over other colleges?

JS: Because we had something in common. There is good coaching with coach Davis, who is a good coaching mind. I felt we kind of clicked when we met.

Many people think that you could skip college and go to the NBA right away. Do you give much thought to the possibility of declaring for the draft?

JS: There is a possibility. But right now, I'm focused on the season.

When are you going to make a decision about it?

    JS: Probably when school ends.

And who are you going to be looking for advice in order to make a decision about it?

JS: Me and my family are going to talk about it and we are going to make a decision together.

Right now, what is the percentage of possibility of going to the NBA next season?

JS: Right now, it's 50 percent.

You where MVP in the adidas ABCD camp last summer. Where do you think you should be ranked right now in the class of 2004?

JS: I'm No. 3 right now. Dwight Howard is No. 1 one and Shaun Livingston is No. 2. But I don't think about it.

Who else do you think can skip college next season?

JS: Dwight Howard and Shaun Livingston. But Livingston maybe has to mature physically in college.
