I hate to admit it...but i would have to pick the Bulls. They are absolutely awful. They were supposed to make a run for the playoffs this year. The only teams they can beat are other crap teams like the Suns and Magic. It's all Krause's fault for bringing so many crap players and coaches to the post-jordan Bulls.
the bulls haven't been doin' the playoffs thing, but hey, that's the bulls, they supposed to do that. The Suns though, maaan, they went from playoffs to last in the west, and the main reason for that......just take the p outta playoffs and there's your reason. Shoulda kept frankie..........

Yeah the streak was 19 and yeah the Magic have been playing like my second string middle school team(which I'm on) or bad. The bulls beat us so that makes us worse than them IMO. But the good thing is we can only get better
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tha Lockdown:</div><div class="quote_post">Magic been playin' good lately, but wasn't the streak 19?</div> Damn that's cold playa, you could've let that extra loss go; didn't have to bring it up at all. I would have to say that the Magic and Suns are tied for this honor. Both made the playoffs in 2003 and it looks like neither will in 2004. TMac looks dejected and unmotivated on the court, kind of like his cousin Vince in Toronto during 2002-2003. The sad thing about Orlando is that they were looking for more talent to help them get past the first round. Who did they pick up? Juwan Howard. Damn. After Amare got injured, the Suns were exposed as a lottery team without him.
Chicago in my mind never had a chance, so I don't excatly see them as a diapointment. My disapointment goes to the Dallas Mavericks, unbelievable starting line-up, but a lousy record.

I get so frustrated each year with the Atlanta Hawks. They are perrenial disappointments. With a sports market like Atlanta, why doesn't Turner Sports go ahead and sell the franchise to Steve Belkin for $250 mil and call it a day? It's painfully apparent they can only properly manage 1 sports franchise (Braves) as the Hawks soak in their own vomit. Thrashers fans have something to cheer about. But not SAR.
I have been disappointed in a lot of teams this year however the Magic are the one I am the most disappointed in. There is absolutely no reason why this team should be as bad as it is. They have one of the best players in the league in Tracy McGrady, they play in the Eastern Confrence, they have an up and coming center in Drew Gooden, they have Juwan Howard and they have one of the best shooters in the league in Giricek. Them losing 18 straight games this year is totally unnacceptable.

I remember the poor marketing decision that was made to refund season ticket holders, if they didn't make the playoffs last season. Did management deliver on that promise?
Lakers are dissapointing me this year, I expected a perfect 82-0, but doesn't look like that is happening this year.
I would go with the Magic. They were a playoff team last year and have just looked awful this year. As a devout Warriors fan, the Warriors are at the top of my list.
Well, I'm not choosing the Magic. Some people thought that they would be horrible this year and I was one of those people. This was way before the 19-game losing streak. I obviously didn't think they would be this bad but I didn't think that they would make the playoffs. My choice goes to the Suns. While, again I didn't expect them to make the finals they should have been better. They had three great players and should not have such a horrible record.
