<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Jesus vs. The King, tonight at KeyArena.

Dick Versace, Memphis Grizzlies general manager, whose team has faced both the Ray Allen-led Sonics and Cavaliers, suggested folks "get a cold beer, soft drink or coffee; put your feet up and enjoy. You're looking at a guy (Allen) who has arrived and another that's arriving."

But Cleveland coach Paul Silas, a former Sonic, is a little more hesitant in calling it must-see TV.

"Ray is one of the all-time greats right now," Silas said. "LeBron is not in that category, yet. He will be, but it won't be much of a matchup."

Allen is one of the few NBA players who can relate to James.

After debuting in Spike Lee's movie "He Got Game," fans instantly gravitated to him, and shouts of "Jesus," his character's name, could be heard around arenas.

Allen, an eighth-year veteran, met James once in passing. James, however, has always known about Allen.

"Oh yeah, he's arguably the best shooter in the league and arguably the best two-guard in the league," James said. "I've been looking up to him since Connecticut (where Allen attended college)."

Allen's Sonics have won six of their past eight games. James' team has lost seven of its past nine.

"He has to get better players around him," Allen said. "But he's definitely a player and will be for years to come."

Perhaps he is the next Jordan.

James certainly lives like Mike. He's renovating a $2.1 million, 11-bedroom home in Ohio; has a personal chef and a commercial running nearly every hour, and is credited for boosting the Cavaliers' revenue by $11 million. He survived his only scandal when he received a $100,000 H2 Hummer from his mother in high school.

"The biggest test is going to be this summer," Allen said. "He's going to feel like a free man, and it'll be the first time he has some real money in his pocket. He's going to want to go places and spend a little money. That will be the test of how he really handles himself."</div>

Great Article, thanks Dez. I always love reading up on LeBron and Bosh, they're very good kids, humble and such. I hope they don't change in the future. That was very nice of Ray Allen, he spoke very nicely of him as well as realistically. Allen is a great player on and off the court. Anyway, that was one of the reasons I always loved LeBron, you could see it on his face, the way he talked, the way he played. He really is a nice fellow, especially the fact that he'd say things like "I'm always learning." especially when he had Artest on him. Thanks for sharing Dez.

Should be a good game. Is it just me, or does every game that LeBron plays in have some sort of hype surrounding it. [IMG] Fair enough though.

The Sonics are a great shooting team, the Cavaliers give up a lot of open looks, that won't help the Cavs any.

Seattle will zone it up a lot and run the floor too.

    Cavs lose big.

wow can Sonics shoot!!! Damn I wish we had a couple guys like they do.

IF we could only find now a Euro dude that shoots the lights out like he Super Sonics have wow [IMG]

Isn't it funny the cavs have been picking European Players for like 10 years now.. before allot of other teams and NOW we dont have that amazing shooter!

Pax get us one or maybe two [IMG]

GREAT WIN!!! Lebron doesn't look nothing like a rookie! This kid is amazing they had a stat saying he has a better shooting percentage then some major TOP Players in this League.. I forget all the names but one that I do remember is Iversion!

19 years old.. He just played against little boys in highschool less then 1 year ago! nothing to compare his game to.. maybe 1 good player every few games. BUT in less then 1 year Lebron's shot is pretty damn good & his whole court awarness is pretty damn amazing [IMG]
