Vince having doubts about entering dunk competition??

    Yeah...i heard that too. I'm sad that Vince does not care much about the all-star weekend or the dunk contest. I'm also depressed that he said his dunks are now just a thing of the past....i just hope this new mentality of his brings out a greater player in him.
    Still...i think he should be at least a little excited about the all-star game and the possibility of being in the dunk contest. [​IMG]

    as if vince doesnt really care about the all-star weekend, every player in it does...have you been watching it the past few years? the teams have been competing in a major way. the players wanna go out and play well and win.

    as for the dunk contest, i didnt even know it was ever an option for vince to go in it. i wasnt even entertaining the idea of seeing vince in a dunk contest. if it happens, ill eat my hat

    and by dunking i think he means dunk contests are a thing of the past, obviously dunking in games is still a part of his game, have you seen him play lately?

    why? hes only been in it once, and its always worth watching. even the year desmond mason won, or the year they had that stupid wheel, its still fun to watch. basically your saying that you dont like watching dunks unless they are done by vince carter...congradulations, your the ultimate homer :thumbsup:

    lol eginobli that's a joke. To me, the dunk contest is the best part of the all-star weekend. I thought that last year's contest was just as good, maybe better than the one in 2000-2001 w/ VC. Oh, and does anyone know who (besides J-Rich) will be in the competition this year???

    Vince needs to forget the Dunk Contest and concentrate on findin' his courage or heart or whatever it is he lost. He's playin' like he's made of glass...he's too timid and just isn't a great player right now...not compared to what he was. Chalk it up to bein gunshy because of inury but thats how I see it. Vince needs to take basketball more serious in the off season then his body wouldn't break down like it has.
