Man,Wake Forest is very vulnerable without Eric Williams in the game. Without him they have no authoritative presence in the post. He was in foul trouble for much of the first half(got two quick fouls in the start of the second)and when he came out the Deacs looked like a bunch of Ricky Davis clones...just chuckin' it up. Wake is good, especially defensively, but without Eric Williams its like a three wheeled car. I was shocked at how badly the offense broke down without him inside.

And on top of that, when's the last time Texas lost at home? I can't remember a time.

That first half caused them to lose the game. They lucky they didn't lose by 25.

    Texas 94,Wake 81

I really doubted Texas when they began the season with two losses and no quality wins. However, they've impressed me to no ends lately. I think P.J. Tucker is something special.

Managed to watch this game, which was certainly a good one.

Wake started off strong early but very good defence from the Texas guards got some easy fast break points.Led by Mouton, Texas were 8-13 from downtown in the first half.

PJ Tucker is a very impressive player. One of the best freshman in the nation without a doubt. He makes everything look so easy, never loses control, most importantly is a very hard worker on both ends of the court.

The real problem for Wake was two of their main rebounds Eric Williams and Jamaal Levy got into early foul trouble and never recovered. Both teams love to get out and score,so therefore a 94-81 was about right.

A big win for Texas over a very good ball club.
