The last thing Isiah was focusing on when he took the job was to help clear the Knicks salary cap situation.He wanted to make the Knicks into a winner.So therefore when he made his first trade to get a back-up point guard you knew he had another big deal in the works.Having 4 point guards you knew 2 of them would be gone sooner rather than later.Isiah has improved the overall team but more importantly the atmopshere.Knick fans are excited again,they have hope to make the playoffs.Marbury is an energy guy and feeds off the fans.He is making his boy hood dream come true which has got the Knicks hyped.I like what Isiah has done in New York so far,lets face it the Knicks weren't going to clear any cap for quite a while no matter who got the job.The job that was needed was to improve their overall team so they would no longer be the joke of the NBA,a team that would compete every night.It seems to me Isiah has already targetted that goal.
For real,Zeke has done a better job so far than I would have expected. Lets hope he can find some way to get rid of Shandon Anderson too.
