I need a little advice from some of you fantasy vets. My friend went into his $150 fantasy league blind as a bat. He drafted some good players, but he really did'nt get any top people. He has Brady, Delhomme, and Maddox at Q, he has S. Alexander, T. Barber, M. Alstott, and C. Buckhalter at RB, and C. Johnson, C. Chambers, and D. Stallworth at WR, and L.J. Smith, and Freddie Jones. Titans D, and Stover at K. Now i know for a fact that Alstott is'nt going to do much, and that Buckhalter's hurt. Also Tiki might be sharing carries all year with Dayne. I told him he should waive Alstott and Buckhalter, don't ask me why he picked Buckhalter like i said he went in this thing blind as a bat, and pick up S. Jackson, Q. Griffin or O. Smith, and maybe another D. The problem is i don't know who he should pick out of those three backs. And also, he does'nt know who he should start with for Q. Brady's playing the Colts, and Delhomme's playing the Pack attack. So if y'all could give me some good advice so my friend here does'nt blow $150 it would be much appreciated.
Griffin / Jackson didn't get drafted?? If griffin didn't get drafted he should pick him up. And I don't think there will be to much difference between Brady and delhomme on opening day.
Remember that O. Smith is serving a 4 game suspension. He's not going to be up to speed until week 8 at the earliest. I would start Brady at QB, but I really don't have any solid reasoning behind that.
Yes, start Brady at QB. If Griffin is available, that's amazing. Waive Buckhalter and pick him up right away. I'd also say waive Alstott and pick up anybody else... There has to be another #2 WR or Rookie out there to take a chance on.
