Lakers star Kobe Bryant expressed relief Wednesday night that his injured right shoulder is a sprain instead of something more serious. Bryant, the NBA's seventh-leading scorer with a 22-point average, was placed on the injured list earlier in the day and is expected to be sidelined at least two-to-three weeks. He was injured Monday night with 5.7 seconds left in the first quarter when he faked Cleveland's Kedrick Brown into the air outside the 3-point line and Brown landed on his shoulder. "I thought it was worse," Bryant said in his first public comments since being injured. "When he came down on it, I felt it snap and pop and all that, so I thought it was worse. I thought it was really bad. "Considering all the circumstances, I'd much rather have this injury than what I thought I had. I thought it was out of the socket, that my arm was going to drop, I thought I was done. It felt bad, it sounded bad. "So I was kind of relieved.
