It is believed that the Portland Trail Blazers talked to the Magic about trading troublesome forward Rasheed Wallace for McGrady. Full Story No way that happens.

Orlando isn't, but John Gabriel is pretty retarded, most of the time. He might do this and then quit and screw our organization up.
It wasnt just Rasheed , it was also Qwyntel Woods , # first round picks and serious cash considerations. Orlando is in deep financial trouble, and i bet my life on it that Orlando has no chance in hell to compete for even a playoff spot next year in the EAST. T mac is going to leave soon and he should, Orlando is a small market.
This would've been a big mistake. TMac is like the AI of Orlando. He wants victory so badly and is a hard worker as well as the fact that he is willing to stay and attempt to carry his team even though the chance of winning NBA Gold is really low. TMac's really matured now, no longer talking trash, I have more respect for him, plus he seems alot more reasonable then Sheed. I'm probably being bias since I hate players like Sheed. Anyway, TMac tries so hard to win already and has become more of a selfless player as of late. Sheed doesn't seem the leaderly or dependable type anyway. TMac is more stolid and clutch in comparison.
Orlando already rejected this deal, but you can't fault the Blazers for asking. The Magic are just a mess, big time.
Yao, don't be sure that we won't have a chance next year to compete. With better chemistry and hopefully a top draft pick we could be around .500 next year and that will be good enough for a playoff spot.
The only reason the deal sounds good is the draft pick and the fact that Wallace's contract is up at the end of the year.. Still as much as I would actually like to see my favorite player in Portland, a team ive liked since i started watching.. I dont think it would happen, nore would it be possible... Gabriel isnt that much of a fool..
T-Mac is not going to stay in Orlando, you guys in Orlando want him to stay and I cant blame you guys but they are in deep deep trouble financially. By the way the orignal deal was Sheed 3 future first round picks, max cash considerations and qwentyl woods. John Gabriel knows that too, T-mac is not staying in Orlando. People in Orlando dont know whats going on because of the biased media , the media just wants credentials do you really think they would say anything bad about the organization. It is a known fact that T-mac and John Wiebord are at odds. How does a hockey player become the president. the Devos family needs to think about selling the team , i think the Magic have dipped under 180 million dollars.
Yes, Tmac is likely gonna leave, but next year. Maybe when he's on the block at next year's trade deadline we can get a better offer than this one. Where we got an expiring guy, and we get a not troubled superstar for him.
Yeah but what if he dosnt decide to stick around till next year? What if he bolts it after this off-season... They should start looking around and making some decisions cause he might not be around next year to trade..
