DALLAS - Steve Nash shouldn't be on the basketball court right now. At least that was his opinion after the Mavericks' double-overtime win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night. But Nash continues to go out there, and he does so for one reason. "I shouldn't be playing," he groaned after the physically and emotionally draining 125-122 victory. "I'm not nearly at my best. I'm in pain and uncomfortable, but I played ... and hopefully had some hand in the win. "It's hard to sit out when you're still contributing and the team is staying above water. But if it's going to hurt us in the long run, then we have to weigh our options." Nash missed practice Thursday to undergo an MRI exam on his right hip, which he injured during the first quarter of Sunday's loss at Detroit. The results revealed no damage other than a sprain that has worsened over the course of the week. The Mavs (22-16) aren't listing Nash on the injury report for tonight's game at Denver. http://www.dfw.com/mld/dfw/sports/basketball/7725586.htm
