^^ The NBA would not have put that "rule" in if not for the people that were one and done early on, T-Mac, Vince..others.

Cover up, like I have been saying, the rule was in effect before the even put it in.

Yah man. This seems like the League just wants to save face by
not opening it up to the real dunkers(not like they wanted to enter anyways). Its sad in many ways.

That sums it up the best, there should be more money involved and the dunkers should be more willing to defend their titles. Both sides have to help the other out.

Oh no....I meant to say Mrs. Christie(referring to who wears
    the pants)

I think you proposed this before but I think charities would be the best
way to go. This would give the dunkers the perception that they are
doing something for a good cause. This could create more participation
because any dunker that doesnt enter for a valid reason would get
torched by the media and fans

yup, I did say that and I love the idea. Have the dunker pick his favorite charity, it could be a smash. Long as the dunker gets paid and the NBA forks over some cash to the charity.

    Chris Anderson
    J-Rich
    Fred Jones
    one yet to be named

Ouch, that's a terrible lineup...I don't mean to knock the players, but 2 of those guys aren't even starters...if they're going to just get some lesser renowned players, I keep saying it, and I'll say it again, I would love to see Jeff Trapagniar in the contest...I think he would have a shot at J-Rich...

The NBA is waiting and trying to get James in the contest, because they know if they put one more "no namer" in the contest, the fans will be very upset and they may end up scrapping the contest again.

We could just watch ESPN and catch all the dunks anyway in just one segment.

I wasn't trying to be funny, I was being serious. Everyone is getting a little tired of you kissing Bron's ass all over the board.
