^^ The NBA would not have put that "rule" in if not for the people that were one and done early on, T-Mac, Vince..others. Cover up, like I have been saying, the rule was in effect before the even put it in.

This seems like the League just wants to save face by not opening it up to the real dunkers(not like they wanted to enter anyways). Its sad in many ways.

This would give the dunkers the perception that they are doing something for a good cause. This could create more participation because any dunker that doesnt enter for a valid reason would get torched by the media and fans
