Knowing that Carter has been prone to some serious injuries in his career could the Raptors get into the playoffs with the talent they have?
He is only out 1 game maybe not even a game. I still think we are good enough to make the playoffs without him tho.
I know, I'm just posing a hypothetical situation. I think they could make it granted if everyone else stays healthy.
The question should really be whether or not the Raps can make the playoffs WITH Carter because the Bucks have really been playing some inspired basketball as of late + they have their record to show for it. However, I don't think that they can play this way for the entire season though.
It all depends Jalen "I love the three even though I can't make 'em alot"Rose...if Rose continues to be a gunner and shoot from everywhere but the parking lot then I say the chances are slim if Vince were to stay out...but if Jalen plays a disciplined game(and yes he is capable lol)then I'd say they got a good shot.
Jalen, Marshall, Bosh, Pete and Alvin are good enough groups of guys to make the playoff... but I doubt they would last long even they get there.
Jalen jacks up too many shots...Alvin is always strong come playoff time... Donyell is a solid contributer, as well as Bosh....they would make the playoffs but gone the first round

raptors made it to the playoffs without vince two years ago, with a weaker team, no reason we cant make it this year. but we dont need to worry about that, im confident vince will be around

eh, well yeah i got the impression he didnt pass a lot during the hornets game, or did am i wrong? Cause always when i saw that this someone could pass he didnt and went in and layed it up himself, and then the camera caught alvin and it looked like him anyways and so thats why i thought i wouldnt pass yesterday

True BIg Nasty...but there is one advantage that the Raptor's have over the Nets...and that's Vince Carter. If he can truly up his game come playoff time, the Nets would be in for a big challenge.
yeah ? agree raptors would have difficulty beating Nets, but killed ... by the time of the playoffs Carter wont hopefully be injured and even if, the team should have enough experience in playing without him so they should manage more than 1 match gainst the nets
