Do you guys think Chris Kaman should start full-time... Right now, he and Wilcox are switching off...Sometimes he starts, sometimes Wilcox. Do you the Clipps should stick with this? Altho Wilcox got a DNP last game for some reason..maybe because of the return of Ely
I actually like Predrag Drobnjak as the starting center for the Clippers. Drobnjak is the more experienced big man, and I liked the way he was playing before he got injured. It seems like hes lost almost all his playing time after that injury, and I still don't have a clue why. A few games after he came back from the injury, he had a big game against the Kings, but then didn't see much playing time again. I don't know why they're hardly using him right now, but in my opinion he should be the starter. I like Kaman for the future, but it seems like at times he makes some costly mistakes to begin the game, and I would rather see him come off the bench for atleast this season and work his way in next season. oh and on the DNP for Wilcox.. I highly doubt that it was because of the return of Ely, because even before Ely went out Chris was the one who was seeing most of the playing time. Coaches usually don't like to use players who just came back from injury so much unless its necesarry either. Maybe Wilcox got injured or something?

I think they are't paly Drobnjak more is because of his defense. He's awfully soft, and the clipps have a lot of trouble as it is getting defensive boards.
I agree with you NMG - Peja isn't getting as much playing time because he's very soft on the defensive end. I think coach Dunleavy likes Kaman's aggressiveness, despite the fact that he's still pretty raw in some areas. I would keep Chris in the starting lineup for most games, but sometimes Wilcox or Drobjnak are better matchups against certain teams. IE - Dallas...I like Peja's offense a lot, but he's very slowfooted and tends to fall asleep too much on D, it's just not his game. It really is a nice problem to have for the Clipps, most teams are clamoring for big men, while the Clippers seem to have them stockpiled. I'm anticipating a trade before the deadline to move one of them, it's just too bad that Ely will probably be the guy to go.
