Who ya think's gonna make it? I think: Ray Allen Peja Stojakovic Kyle Korver Reggie Miller Dirk Nowitzki Brent Barry Michael Redd Cuttino Mobley
Reggie Miller isnt going to do it, Other than that i agree, out of all those i think taht Michael Redd will win it, id he does it.
I would would say Baron Davis Peja Stojakovic Cuttino Mobley Allan Houston Brent Barry Michael Redd Dirk Nowitzki Reggie Miller
Ray Allen, Brent Barry and Peja Stojakovic hands down. I would also like to see Allan Houston participate in it, he's great from 3 point range. (43%) Reggie Miller is aging and very fast, I don't see him competing.

I think that they should pick elite shooters so that it is actually a good competition. I am tired of seeing David Wesley's and Antoine Walkers. I think that it would be great to see Shane Battier.
If I'm not mistaking the top 5 3 point feild goal % players go. There are other requirements though, but I dont know what they are.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting King James:</div><div class="quote_post">Better game situation shooter, he would not do well in rapid fire.</div> Agreed, that was my point. They always need one "Antoine Walker" to miss nearly every shot in the competition. And all those of us who watched it last year saw Toine prove that he didn't deserve to be there.
Michael Redd may not win it but he will be the guy who finishes before everyone else. One of the fastest releases I've ever seen.
I think Peja will still win, although Redd and the others are all great shooters I think Peja has it hands down. How about Aaron McKie? Chauncey Billups? Aaron is tops in 3 pt % and Billups is 7th while Michael Redd is 45th.... (Not saying you need a high % to be in it, but i think these guys should get some consideration)
Shouldn't Wade, Crawford or Baron participate? I always thought Eddie Jones lost his three point range. Steals seemed to be what he was best at. I myself go for Larry Bird here, lol just kidding, Michael Redd seems to be the popular choice at the moment so I'll go with him.
Funny you should mention Baron,The regular season is just like the three-point contest for him, chuck as many three balls as you can and see how many are successful.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Magic Johnson:</div><div class="quote_post">Shouldn't Wade, Crawford or Baron participate? I always thought Eddie Jones lost his three point range. Just last night against Boston he hit 5 triples! As we speak right now, EJ ranks FOURTH in the NBA in 3 pointers made, he is only behind T-Mac, Peja, and B-Diddy.
damn accord, you just took the words out of my mouth. i think eddie should participate, but i don't think he would win, because his release is not as fast. same with ray allen, best pure shooter hands down, but takes some time to release at the beginning and then has to rush at the end.
