Ah I agree on Pavel.. Look what that Draft site had about him..

"<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><font size="1">Does not seem to have great touch and has a long ways to go figuring out post moves ... Imposing presence, he's dangerous to take the basketball at.... Defensively does not have a good feeling for the game or sense of the position... Very raw. But he demonstrates good reactions to the game at a young age."

</font></font>Yeah Great... He dosnt have a handle on defense? What we need.. Maybe with some time and energy he can be pretty good, but we can't coach this guy on how to play defense.. We simply have to get better now, we don't have time to try and teach this guy, when there are faster learners out there..

No, sorry. I don't understand that.

If the Magic want a sure thing with instant results they woud draft Emeka Okafor. The problem is, he's a power foward. The Magic must clear up that position before they even consider drafting him. Juwan Howard and Drew Gooden are having a hard enough time playing together, Okafor would clog it up even more. I think the Magic should draft him, his style is just like Big Ben.

Dwight Howard is also a power foward. He too seems like a sure thing. The Magic could use a player like him because he's a great defender. He grabs the lose balls, alters shots, and is an athletic freak. NBADraft.net compares him to Amare, which would be a great fit for the Magic.

Pavel Podkolzine isn't a sure thing. I'm very dubious about him. He is very young and raw. He's huge with long arms and has the big body that the Magic need. The NBADraft description left me weary, the Magic need results and fast. This guy reminds me of Darko, a project for the future.
