Who do you think has the potential to become it KJ? Do you think soon enough, alot of teams in the East can arguably be the best? I'm just curious of your ideas. I always only saw them and Detroit.

If the Pistons can put together another solid win streak after this one, I think nothing is lost really. The Pistons are able to beat a lot of good teams, but the Pacers have their number. I don't think that what happened last night proves anything about who is best. The Pistons shots didn't fall, and many times they went in and out. The ball took some unfortunate bounces early and the Pistons couldn't recover. I give players like Corliss and Chucky credit for bringing energy and scoring to the game and keeping it tight for a couple quarters.

Well, after avoiding this thread for a few hours, I can post my reply.

We never really played, we had a horrible game and the Pacers took advantage of that. However, we can still go 25-1 over 26 games like the team that won the NBA championship. [IMG]

Everybody loses and the Pistons were due for their loss. Especially after playing 6 games in 8 days, you could tell they were tired. I never really liked the Pacers, especially this season, mostly because they have Carlisle as their head coach. I was so happy when there was a feud between him and Artest, I thought it would escalate. No luck though, maybe soon. [IMG]

Pacers are the best in the East right now, but this year the Pistons weren't supposed to be the best. We drafted Darko and signed everybody for us to be the best a few years down the line.

Time to start a 12 game win streak, against Minnesota!

Pistons played unbelievably horrible, and it hurt me bad to watch. Horrible start, and way to many turnovers. When they would cut the lead down to 4 or 5, they would just miss there next 5 field goals. It was very obvious though that the pistons had no energy left. 6 games in 8 nights, and they just got off a tough win against the Spurs. It was so easy to tell that they were exhauseted. The first game Pacers won by 2, very close, 2nd game they came back from a a 10 point fourth quarter deficeit and won. Pistons are finding the worst ways to lose against this team. And Rip and Chauncey play HORRIBLE againt this team so far this year. If they aren't going to preform, then Indiana will take game 4.

They did, they showed how their hard worker, consistency and ability to bounce back from bad games, why they're the beast in the east.
