Who should the Heat protect in the upcoming Charlotte Bobcats expansion draft?

I'm pretty sure there's something in the expansion draft rules to prevent exactly that... something about how the salary of the unprotected player doesn't come off the cap even if the other team pays the salary. I'll do some research.
