watching kirk hinrich play, i know why hes in the NBA, i havent seen blake play but one game hardly, but he was your regular starting PG in college, but a player in the NBA, let alone starting? should he be starting? should he be in the NBA?

I guess for the Wizards he could start, hes a great passer but I don't think he could start for another team until later on in his career, hes got the potential to be a good PG in this league.
Blake's actually been doing pretty good lately...since he's been getting consistent minutes, he's been scoring and passing well...I think he'll turn out aight...
Steve Blake proved himself to be a master passer in college, and he's continued that trend in the NBA. Look at his assists per game vs. his minutes per game, and you can see that he's already one of Washington's most active playmakers. In a couple years he could be starting material, but that depends on how he developes his scoring, which right now is too reminscent of his teammate Brevin Knight's: practically nonexistent. If Steve can figure out how to create for himself besides simply creating for others, this guy is gonna have a successful NBA career.
Blake seems to be heading for a solid career in the NBA. He passes the ball really well and he has somewhat of a shot from the land of trey. Obviously he needs to be stronger to compete at a high level but I think he can be a "good" player in the league
