I think what we are forgetting is that there is a difference between "wrong" and "stupid". In this case, morality is irrelevant because he didn't do anything illegal. However stupidity is another issue. He is a celeb, and should have known better than to do this. Especially if he is going through a divorce, because this will weigh heavily against his character (please don't try and argue otherwise). Really, it was wrong of him to do this. What purpose does it serve? I don't think that sex needs to be made public, and he should have known better. This doesn't relate to Kobe in any way, with the exception of the fact that both were stupid and now everyone knows.
