I disagree with Giantsfan and JustBry...... College football is not a waste of airtime. I feel college football is better than NFL because college players put more heart and passion into the game. It's not about how much money they make or who is going to be the best in the league. No one is singled out or overrated in college, sure there are better players than others, but college football has more of a team meaning to it. Eventually, if players are good enough to make it to the NFL, where did they get their start? College Football.
I agree with FootballFanatic. College ball is definitely worth something. The game is different than in the NFL and has its own enjoyable moments. Because of the money involved in the NFL, it makes it a different game. Welcome to the forum FFC! Hope you stick around for some good football talk.
I've loved college football ever since I went to my first Penn State vs Ohio State game three or four years ago. It was the game JoePa broke the wins record, and he won it in amazing fashion. The game ended on a blocked field goal by PSU, and I've never been in a louder stadium since then. My ears were ringing after that cheer, simply amazing. The thing I enjoy about college football is the number of upsets. Plus, every saturday there's at least one game that you were really thankful you put on or pissed that you missed it. The emotions in the games are alot higher than the NFL.
Right on BW, college football is awesome. I hope they dont go to a playoff, where else does every game matter so much!
True BF1. Keep it with the bowls. College players play harder than NFL players. you don't have idiots bitching about more money, and ppl like ricky running from the game once he gets paid. College players play cause they love it. The beef made a good point too. College games are incredible to go to.

Ah really you think they're better to watch, I dont think they are. NFL is better players if there wasnt all the politics and all the shit involving money, fame and favourtism it would be a hell of a lot better but gotta take what you can get.

Haven't been to a college game so I couldnt even judge that. But I dont think loudness matters really, I'd still rather watch the better players then the college guys.
The experience is a big part of going to a game. All i'm saying is listen to the fans. They get alot more into it at college games than NFL. Plus like u said. no politics money fame. its alot more pure. Not as much BS
Ah well I live in Canada, American College football doesnt interest me. Just the NFL from the States, and besides that I watch CFL keeps me occupied until NFL starts up.
When it all comes down to it, College Football is better. They love to play, it's all about their passion for the game. The fans are more rowdy, everyone is a part of the game in some way. I agree with BJames, the experience is a big part of going to a game. To me, college football is more exciting than NFL.
I don't understand how someone could dislike college football soo much and like NFL. I don't know! at least FFC got my back!!!!
