(AP) -- Dan Cage hit a 3-pointer with 2:18 left that gave Vanderbilt the lead for good, and the Commodores held on to upset fifth-ranked Kentucky 66-60 Saturday. Kentucky (14-3, 4-2) had its 10-game road winning streak in the Southeastern Conference snapped. The last time the Wildcats lost away from Rupp Arena in the SEC was Feb. 27, 2002 -- in Memorial Gym to Vanderbilt. The Wildcats have dominated this series, winning four straight and 22 of the previous 23. But Vanderbilt (14-4, 3-4) needed this victory desperately after having lost four of its previous five, a skid that dropped the Commodores out of the Top 25 earlier this week. They started fast, hitting their first eight shots and 6-of-6 from 3-point range.</div> <div align="center">Link</div>
SFA players dies on court <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">NACOGDOCHES, Texas -- Greg Wallace, a junior transfer sitting out this season at Stephen F. Austin, collapsed and died Friday while shooting baskets. Wallace, who came to the Lumberjacks from Army, was on the court at the William R. Johnson Coliseum when he collapsed, team spokesman Rob Meyers said. The 22-year-old was rushed by emergency personnel to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A cause of death has not been determined. Wallace transferred from Army to be closer to home and had to sit out this season because of NCAA rules. At Army last season, he averaged four points and 2.2 rebounds a game in 20 games. The Lumberjacks were on the team bus en route to Hammond, La., to play Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday when they learned of Wallace's death.</div> <div align="center">Link</div>
