    I hope you are being sarcastic because Cuttino is the worst of our guards at defending. Jim Jackson is by far our best defender followed by Steve Francis is who a very good defender in his own right. Cuttino is the weak link in our defense. Granted he has played a lot better defense under Jeff Van Gundy compared to Rudy T, he still is the weakest of the three.

    Mobley can do well on defense at times, but he's mostly a slacker on defense. Part of the reason is that he plays so many minutes per game and also with Yao behind him. With Yao, perimeter defenders tend to relax. As we're seeing against the Sonics right now, that is not the case.

    Mobley is an average defender at best. He's got nice handles though.
