definitely! as i predict and hope! this is from yahoo sports, who recently did an article on the 2004 draft (point guards).. --
CODE

In fact, other than Livingston, 6-2 Connecticut junior Ben Gordon could be the only other point guard taken in the lottery. Like Livingston, Gordon must first decide whether to enter the draft early.

Most scouts believe Gordon's strong build, outstanding athleticism and incredible shooting skills make him a top-10 selection. Although Gordon is not a pass-first type, his ability to draw defensive rotations off penetration creates plenty of opportunities for his teammates.

Further adding to his attractiveness is the fact that Gordon is perhaps the only player at his position - and maybe the draft - capable of playing starter minutes during his rookie season.

-- i just find this interesting. sometimes i think he can really be one of those top 13 picks w/o question.. but sometimes i don't. but the thing that keeps me thinking that he definitely can.. is not giving up. he knows he's the man when the game is on the line, and wants the ball.. even if he starts 0 for 9 or 2 for 11.. and he's a scorer first, passer second.. which is also interesting.. at least amongst the point guards in the nba.. i'd really like to see where he fits, and i hope (cleveland).
