i think that billy king is getting way too little blame for the sixers horrible play this season. Just think about some of the things he has done. 1. aaron mckie is on something like a $25 million contract and he's starting to loose time to rookie willie green (which i think is a good idea having willie play more) 2. he brought back derrick colman who is lazy and injury prone when someone like keon clark was availible this offseason 3. Eric Snow is being paid too much also...he would have a tough time starting for any other team in the league. 4. signing zendon hamilton. i know that the sixers needed a big man, but find domeone else...hamilton makes some of the dumbest plays i have ever seen Now, BK has made some quality moves during the brown era, but with a new coach, the type of players that ayers has just dont work for what he is trying to do. Do you agree?

Aaron Mckie is a good player and he has proven it year after year, other than Korver and Iverson he is the 76ers three point threat. Snow would have a hard time starting for other teams? He's a solid defender who has a consistent midrange game. He's as tough as they come and if you don't like him then please send him over to the Raptors, we would gladly take him. He's a very solid player and he brings stability to Iversons instability.
It's not Billy King. It's not Randy Ayers. It's the players. I totally agree with what Allen said after the game last night, Randy is doing what he is supposed to do, and is doing a good job...its the players. They are not showing any toughness.
The main problem is Billy Kind. He selected Ayers (when he could have gone for example for Rick Carlisle)...he made many dumb decisions about the team's roster. Snow, Robinson (his good days were over long time ago), DC can not offer anything more to the team. McKie is a valuable reserve.

The only people on the team that wants to win is Iverson, Ayers, Kenny (sometimes), and Robinson. Robinson need to work on his defense though. But everyone else is playing HORRIBLE. IN the loss against Toronto Iverson had 36, Big Dogg had like 18. Kenny had 15, and no one else on the roster scored more that 5 points. Thats sad. Im expecting there to be a big trade before the deadline. Hopefully. Hope they can someone like Eddie Jones or something.

Ayers was basically the last option, and I don't think its a bad thing. McKie is a valueable reserve...but it is crazy how inconsistant he has been this year.

The problem with him is he is not taking as many shots as he used to, he is still a great player. Another thing is that he is getting older, and Coach Ayers is known to give rookies lots of playing time to progress their development, especially in Willie's case, as he has something great to offer. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting AJlegacy23:</div><div class="quote_post">2. he brought back derrick colman who is lazy and injury prone when someone like keon clark was availible this offseason</div> He brought back Derrick because he showed better playing last season than this. It's always great to bag on someone when a team is losing, isn't it? Keon was offered less money than he was hoping for and he declined. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting AJlegacy23:</div><div class="quote_post">3. Eric Snow is being paid too much also...he would have a tough time starting for any other team in the league.</div> I don't think 25 million over four years is too much for a player with Snow's calliber. He brings consistansy to the Sixers team, he keeps us all together. He is great point guard, that thinks pass first, and shoot second, as all point guards should. For him to get bagged for that, for not taking enough shots is rediculous. Many teams look for an explosive point guard, and that is the reason that he couldn't start on many teams, his talent is unquestionable, he is a player right out of Naismith's playbook. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting AJlegacy23:</div><div class="quote_post">4. signing zendon hamilton. i know that the sixers needed a big man, but find domeone else...hamilton makes some of the dumbest plays i have ever seen</div> He was signed when we really needed help, when Derrick and Glenn we re out, when Kenny was out. We needed a big man, and we needed one fast, so anything was good. First he was signed on a 10-day contract, then another 10-day contract, then a 20-day contract, and now for a year. So by all that I'm sure he has a reason to be signed. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting AJlegacy23:</div><div class="quote_post">Now, BK has made some quality moves during the brown era, but with a new coach, the type of players that ayers has just dont work for what he is trying to do.</div> What is he trying to do?
