My opinion is that, as Atlanta wants to get rid of big contracts and lower their budget for the new investors we should try to get Rahim by giving Kenny Thomas and Robinson in exchange. Thus, we will get the key players we want and Atlanta will have a good PF (not as good as Rahim of course) which does not cost as much as Rahim, a sub for him (Coleman) and Robinson (who will be a free agent at the end of next season). I dont think they would want Snow, as his contract runs out at 2008/09.

Another possible trade would probably be trying to get Rasheed Wallace but how can you trust this mentally unstable guy?

What is more, we have to get rid of Snow. The guy is a professional but he would not start in any play-off team. But how easily is it to find a play-maker?

    Any suggestions?

It's 1AM and I could very well be pulling this idea out of...that place, but I was thinking about a trade in which Philly sends Snow and Thomas to Dallas in exchange for Antawn Jamison. Seems like the Sixers aren't emphasizing defense as much anymore: Snow's discontent, Robinson never played D to begin with, etc. Anyway, this trade gives Dallas a D-specialist in Snow and an inside-player who doesn't demand the ball and isn't bad at defending the post. The Sixers finally get a post presence to provide scoring when the volume jumpers aren't falling; he might even add a few years to AI's career. At 6'9 250 lbs or whatever and being a former 20+/game scorer in the West, Jamison can do some serious damage in that Atlantic division. I'd hate to see Snow leave Philly though.

I think you guys should go after an established big man. Offense wouldn't be too bad but some size, effort and strength are really needed here. Dalembert has that but not as well established as the more experienced big men in the league. Coleman has absolutely none of these qualities whatsoever.

As for whom you should go for, let's say he didn't have a permanent home. I don't really think he does. Raef Lafrentz, looks like a good bet. If his contract isn't renewed, K-Mart will become available he's a good bet for you. Power, size, strength and defensive ability all in one massive package.

I don't think Jamison is a bad bet, he's a great offensive player and one hell of a rebounder. He has effort and skill, he'd feel a lot better playing as a starter as well. As for who you should get rid of, I say Coleman at least, he's such a useless player. Toss Snow along and you'll be able to trade for a great player, that or Robinson.

I think Kenny Thomas should stay here hands down.
