Perhaps King can persuade Portland general manager John Nash to take Snow and Robinson for Rasheed Wallace. Perhaps he can talk with Golden State, which is looking to unload guard Nick Van Exel and may be willing to throw Erick Dampier in the mix just to get it done.</div> Link
Nick Van Exel says if he goes to anywhere other than a Texas team, he'll retire. So I don't see this happening. And I don't want our second leading scorer going anywhere.

But he gets the job done, he has the age, skills, experience and expertise to do so. It'd be nice to get a better big man on the defensive end though. Snow, he's a good trade off, players like him and Mobley should be saved as they are often sought out for their great defense and can get great deals out of them. I say go for a bigger man, someone to help Dalembert. Someone experienced, as for whom, Sheed would do fine for now. He's no center but his rebounding ability and offensive ability more then make up for it. I'd keep Snow myself, I love his play to bits. His defense is among my favorites in the league. Although for the team I'd save him up for a much better trade deal or wait for the Draft. This year doesn't look too good.

I cant imagine sheed as a sixer I really dont think philly needs his bad attitude he needs to get some tips from ron artest on how to change his atitude
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting choppa22:</div><div class="quote_post">i wouldnt want big dog to go</div>Why not? Sheed is way better than Big Dog.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting AIFan:</div><div class="quote_post">Why not? Sheed is way better than Big Dog.</div> But do you really want Van Exel in that offense. Van Exel-Iverson backcourt is worst than you think. Two guards who love to throw up shots, wouldn't work. Warriors have played much better team ball without Van Exel in the lineup, and it has showed as they have been improving their record the last couple weeks. Eric Snow is the guy for the Sixers at point, though I wouldn't mind Sheed in a Sixer uni.
Sheed is better than BIg Doog in some cases but big dogg is a more consistant shooter plus sheed has the biigest problem you can have in bball his ATITUDE!!!!!

Big Dogg may be a better shooter but Sheed is a much better overall player. His attitude shouldn't down grade his talent in the game of basketball. He would be a great addition to the Sixers and he is much better. Plus Sheed's contract runs out next season...

Bigg Dogg averages more points than sheed in less minutes his fg% is better his ft% is better and his 3 pt% is better, sheed averages more boards and assists though
The last thing Philly needs right now is to trade Big Dogg. That would be a horrible move. On the other hand Sheed a Sixer..Sounds pretty good. I would give up Eric Snow, DC and someone else for Sheed and the last player off the Blazers bench. Then I try to trade McKie and Thomas for Eddie Jones and any big man Miami would be willing to give up. But then again that might be a little too much, but I would like to see Jones and Sheed in a Sixers uni. BTW I was watching Kia NBA shootaround on ESPN before the Magic and Nets game, and Stephen A. Smith said, how Philly is talking to the Magic's, and how they might try get Howard and Giriciek for Snow. What do you guys think? One more thing McCascal needs to go!!!!!! He is one of the worst players off the bench IMO. He good for nothing.

If we need to improve on defense, why on earth would the sixers want Howard and Giricek?
who know I ve heard a lot of different things I bet he'll end up stayin in portland I dont know why I think that, I just have a feelin
