i just despise trashtalkers so i wanted to start a thread on who you thought were big trashtalkers... my top three: 1) shaq 2) kevin garnett 3) payton
We know Payton, Malone and Shaq are the three top **** talkers in the league. Gilbert Arenas is pretty cocky, too, though.
yeah i was reading one of those "sporting news" magazines and the article was on the biggest trashtalkers of all time and the first one was like either payton or cassell and #2 was jordan... i guess you don't really notice if someone on your team is the one trashtalking...

He talks a lot of trash...I watched most of his videos and he said himself he loves it.
for real,it's the Glove..I've heard Jordan say on many occasions that McHale talked more sh!t than anyone ever in the NBA.. lol
michael did a lot at the foul line. i always saw him yapping something, but always figured it was advice.
Kobe talks alot too. He's always hollering out Aaaaa, when he drives to the hole trying to get a foul. But GP and Sam talk the whole game.
"I'm gonna help you today John, right now I'm gonna tell you exactly what I'm gonna do..I'm gonna fake right and go left and go straight to the basket. But here's the thing..your @$$ still can't stop me." - Michael Jordan to John Starks moments before Jordan fakes right then drives left for a huge dunk over Oakley and Ewing. Then as Jordan gets to the other end of the floor to play defense Starks gets the ball... "You had a rough day John,so I'm be nice and back off and give you this one for free but use it wisely 'cause this the only one I'm givin' you.." - Michael Jordan to John Starks before Starks shoots a three that misses the rim by three feet. Once again they move to the other end of the court. Jordan gets the ball and Starks is guarding him once again on the perimeter... "You shook ain't ya? You're shook I can see it'n your eyes. You're shook I can tell by lookin' at ya. Yep you're shook I done took your heart and your game.." Michael Jordan to John Starks before faking left and pulling up to drain a long three.
Jordan was the master at gettin' in ya mind. That was part of his game. I got tons of quotes like that... here's another... "Oooooh,Isiah not helpin' ya this time Joe. What you gonna do? He ain't helpin' ya this time. You know what that means don't ya? You all mine.." Michael Jordan to Joe Dumars "Shut the hell up Mike and just play the damn game.." Joe Dumars to Michael Jordan moments before Michael drives the lane for for a shot but Joe gets a piece of the ball and knocks it away. Pippen snags the loose ball and puts a shot that clanks off the rim before it's rebounded by Grant, passed to Paxson and finally back to Jordan on the perimeter. "You got lucky that time Joe. You got lucky. You know you can't guard me Joe. See? Isiah leavin' your @$$ again cause he scared too. You can't stop me Joe all you gonna do is watch me as I drive passed you and dunk on your boy..." Jordan moments before he drives past Dumars for a sweet reverse layup between two Piston defenders. "Told ya Joe. Shoulda listened..." Jordan as he runs past Dumars after the play. "Shut the **** up." Dumars to Jordan.
Remember that one when he was at the free-throw line and said : 'Hey, Mutombo!' Mutombo : 'Yeah?' Jordan: 'This one is for you' and he hit a free-throw with his eyes closed

Reggie Miller is one of the greatest to me. Jordan is by far the greatest but Reggie is right up there because he backs it up like Jordan did. Who can forget the choking sign he gave the Knicks in the playoffs? Classic. Jordan dunking over Mutombo and then waving his fingers at him...classic
