K-Mart's not going to back down from Big Ben. He's not going to back down from anyone in the L. K-Mart had 5 offensive boards against Detroit. To go along with Train's 5 offensive boards as well. Plus Jefferson's 10 boards! Oh, and I almost forgot, Kidd's 9 boards! That's a lot!

The reason the Pistons lost is because they couldn't contain the fast break, as InNETSweTRUST mentioned. The Pistons managed to build a large lead, and then they stopped playing defense and the Nets were able to take advantage. Good game, time to play the Kings!

As a consolation, no one can stop the Nets' break at this point in time. If they were facing the used to be Scott-led Nets, there's a great possibility that that lead was enough to demoralize the Nets and stop them from running. But they're too motivated right now.

Looking at your schedule this streak could extend to at least 15 games. However we all know let downs are part of the game and therefore streaks are broken by unexpected teams.

Pistons, Spurs, Lakers and now Nets have had big winning streaks over the course of the season. It is certainly getting interesting in both conferences. The Nets we all know are back and playing their style of basketball that got them to the finals the last two seasons.

Going to be an interesting 2nd half of the season folks.

I sure hope so AllNet, I sure hope so. [IMG] Nothing better than interesting seasons, especially if the NBA finals go to 6 or 7 games.

The Pistons don't look any better than any other team in the East right now. They aren't competing at a high enough level, especially considering the talent they have. They are at a busy spot in their schedule, though, so I guess I can cut them some slack.

What bothers me most is that they don't slam the door on games when they have the chance. They get in the position where they could make a good run and get ahead for good, and instead they have some mistakes, some turnovers, and next thing you know it's tied.

I hope Joe D hurries up with that trade, I can think of a few players right now I wouldn't mind exchanging.
