Damp and Z sound nice. Although I gotta question James. He's fat and lazy, overpaid and worthless, and Jerry West wants him???? Ugh.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Sir Desmond:</div><div class="quote_post">Take Jerome, please take Jerome, please...</div> What's wrong with Jerome James? He seems like he'd be a good addition.

I didn't make up the rumor though. It's in the article.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting franchise3:</div><div class="quote_post">Jake Tsakalidas has potential though. I liked him when he was in Phoenix</div> To me Tsakalidas is a stiff. He's had his good moments, but basically he's in the NBA because he's over seven feet tall. I wouldn't mind mixing up things, even if it didn't do much for the team. A change would do us good.
if the grizz got a hold of damp, they'd really become a tough team. not that they are weak now, but he'd anchor a defense that lets face it has some holes. he'd be great for help defense on gasol's misqueus. they could throw out a defensive line up that included posey, battier, stro show and damp. thats impressive. why couldnt they even be half this good when they were in vancouver
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> why couldnt they even be half this good when they were in vancouver </div> Teams have to have depth and chemistry to succeed in the league. When they were in Vancouver they were four players deep with little chemistry. You have Jerry West to thank for both.
I think that Erick Dampier would fit the Grizzlies the best. Although, they could still have some success with Z and Curry if they play these players the rightw ay.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting PyroManiac:</div><div class="quote_post">I think that Erick Dampier would fit the Grizzlies the best.</div> Imagine this lineup: PG - Earl Watson - Top five on-the-ball defender. SG - James Posey - Top ten defender in the league, hands down. SF - Shane Battier - Mr. Effort, we all know his deffensive abilities PF - Bo Outlaw - He doesn't score, he just plays defense. That's what we need. C - Eric Dampier - *topic of discussion* That lineup could rip through the West. Who would the Grizz give up though?

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting franchise3:</div><div class="quote_post">This team could rival the Spurs and Rockets on defense if they had this lineup.</div> It would be ugly offensively on a night to night basis. You don't want to be relying o n bench points as your main source of offense.

The bench has Swift and Wells for points too. This could really work. The question is, who do the Grizz give up?
