Wells has played erratic numbers of minutes so far. He has played 3 minutes against the Nuggets and 24 right after. What's going on?

Bonzi's shooting's been as erratic as his minutes, if that's any clue to why he doesn't get much burn.

Also, let's not forget that he was kicked out of POR for being, basically, a bad seed. Just because the Grizzlies are still in somewhat of a "honey moon" period with him, and don't choose to air their laundry the way they do in Portland, doesn't mean he's not doing something behind the scenes or in practice that influences his time on court.

At the end of the day, in Hubie we trust.

I believe he got injuried in the Nuggets game which is why he played 3 minutes, when you have Mike Miller playing well It is tough for him to get consistant minutes.

The problem with that was that Mike Miller also played 16 minutes only, I think. Hubie's 10-man rotation is a bit too large. I believe the Grizzlies will do much better had they had a 8 or 9 man rotation.

Yeah Hubie's rotation is awkward, so Bonzi will likely see 20-25 minutes a game...Hubie is likely just evaluating his roster to see who he'll play consistently in the playoffs, and I expect Bonzi to be a huge part of any Memphis playoff run...

No, Hubie has used these rotations since he coached the Kentucky Colonels and Providence. He plays ten players not only because the Grizzlies are deep, but also because this way by the time the fourth quarter rolls around Memphis can put in all their starters in the game fully rested. Gasol, Williams, and Posey could play forty-eight minutes per game, but they'd be more productive if they got to rest.

After going through the Big Country and Shareef/Bibby days, the Grizz should never question Hubie Brown, EVER!! Do not forget the past. I see what you guys are doing and I am definitely envious. I even saw a Warriors/Grizzlies game in December, double OT, and was impressed, although Warriors should have won that game. If you can get Bonzi under control, he's a huge weapon.

Kind of unrelated, but has anyone seen the "Ask Bonzi" feature in the Commercial Appeal?

    It's hilarious.
