After he's had a couple, he'll start thinking he is Shaq because he's seeing double of his defender. Remember, Vin, aim for the middle of the two baskets.

Like previously stated, you have enough big men. Not to mention such effort already coming from Brian Cardinal. Let's face it, he's washed up, gave it all up. As good as he was, that is completely out of reach now. He had his chance. Let him get what he deserves.

As hopeful as I was, even I feel somewhat cruel right now and don't want him to give him any chances. All I can offer is condolence to his family as well as hoping he stays as a bench warmer so he can still get a steady income. Otherwise the words, forget Baker, have sprung to my mind.

So it does not matter that Vin Baker has averaged more points than Damp this season in significantly less mpg than Damp? As bad as Vin has turned out, he is still a better scoring center than Damp is. Damp is better at rebounding and defense, but Vin would be a great addition. You can never have too many big men. Adonal is great and all, but he is a defensive and undersized guy. And he is a free agent. So is Damp. So if they both leave, having a guy like Vin would be huge.

These stats are better than Damps considering the minutes played. If Vin played as many minutes as Damp there is no doubt in my mind he could be averaging something like this

    16pts 9reb 1.0blks 2ast 50%fg

Well fact of the matter is, he's old, used up. By the time he plays again, he'll continue producing on mediocrity. If you're looking for someone to trade, NVE is your best bet. Many people would love to get their hands on him. As for whom you'd get, let's just say, not Baker.

That is very rude and uncalled for alcholism is nothing to joke about. he is going through a hard time right now and to say something like that is uncalled for.

I personally believe that we have enough chemistry problems as it is already. No need to add to it with an alcoholic.

Also I think Vin would be more of a power forward in the west. Anybody disagree? I hear people mention about him being a center on the roster.

I'm sure the Betty Ford will help you kick that habit in no time. Just for the record though, nobody thought you were sober enough to log onto the internet. Cheers to you, good sir.</div>

I think he is big enough to play center in the west. Is that not the position he played for Seattle?

It's a joke for gosh sakes. Now if somebody is going to get offended about a certain player's issues off the court, then that is their concern and they can message me privately. I've got no beef with any Celtics fan or Celtics player or Vin Baker fans. I'm simply joking that Vin Baker or any player's off the court issues do not help a ball club. It was NOT a joke regarding religion, race, an attack against a person, or anything but somebody's ability to not stop drinking and just going downhill despite currently living the dream of being a millionaire nba player. He's not deserving of a such a low blow. I'm sorry I made fun of Vin Baker's alcohol problems or anybody who has witnessed or have gone through alcohol problems themselves. I apologize for the sarcasm.

I think he played Powerforwad for Seattle. He may have been the center on couple of occassions but I'm pretty sure he played Pf
