ESPN Insider reports that the Orlando Magic maybe offering Juwan Howard for Brain Grant. I couldn't copy the article from insider because they don't allow it, but I did find a article in the palmbeachpost '' Jones. The trading deadline is Feb. 19. Grant, who has two years remaining on his contract at approximately $12 million per year after this season, has had problems staying healthy recently. lol so you think you will get Reece Gaines Juwan Howard and a pick for Grant?? lol...just to mention Juwan Howard was going to be with the Wolves..Juwan averages like 15 and 8..Grant averages 9 and 8... anyways if it happens with the Heat since article said they are shopping around Jones and Caron also.. But we are shopping around Howard because we will get a Foward for next season(Dwight or Okafor) and we want Gooden to be our main man..so we wont get Caron..that leaves Eddie Jones...and Grant...we want to trade Giricek and Howard and Declerq...so I think that could be good I mean Grant's deal is over in 2 seasons..and we might trade him next season..is a good exchange for Declerq..and so you guys are happy itll be Grant for Declerq and Howard..now Eddie Jones I dont know I think Giricek is more of like a plus in a trade because we dont really need more guards even tho I love Eddie..I meanif Hill comes back...T-Lue and Gaines and Shammond might play pg...Hill and Shammond can play pg well yeah we could get him also so what do you guys think? Declerq , Howard and Giricek for Jones(soon to be gone anyways) and Grant (with health problems..)
Howard seems to be better then Grant now, he's still good. Grant on the otherhand like McDyess is fading out. Soon he'll lose his strength and rebounding ability. I wouldn't accept the offer, I propose for him to be traded to a team in need of veterans such as the Bulls.
I'm just telling you guy whats been reported, heck I'm a Heat fan if we can get the better of the deal so be it........I would agree right now Howard is better than Grant but when a team is desperate like the Magic anything is possible.
