Let's Make a move Grunwald It just seems like so many teams are revamped and the Raptors have been trying to make do with what we currently have right now. I'm happy that the Raptors are on a two game win streak on back-to-back games, but we really need some size in the front court. Bosh has been amazing, but we do need a presence up in the front. I wish Grunwald would get cracking on this immediate need, and do it quick before Moiso runs out of magic and for Bosh to get some immediate help.

I would only want Dale Davis. Shandon Anderson has a horrible contract. Howard would be ok but his contract is long.

Grunwald just made the big trade for Jalen Rose and Donyell Marshall. How did he not revamp his roster? Jerome Moiso looks like he is coming into his own now so why shake things up now? Adding a big man is not the biggest of our problems, its not even on the radar now. Its the effort and consistency that is/was the issue. Raptors fans need to stop panicking and asking for trades.

Thing is, so many of your big men can't seem to contest with the rest of the big men in the league. What more can he do against them, then be a relief for those who are more capable.
I think Moiso can keep his work up, he really WAS expected to do this when he first came to Toronto. I ain't surprised one bit about last two games, I knew he would come through. But I really don't think we need another big men. We have Bosh Marshall, Archibald, Moiso and Baxter and Curry(when he comes back) to share minutes at the 4 and 5 spots. Unless we trade one of those 6 away I don't want to see another big men come. Perferably, I would like to see them trade Baxter and Archibald and Lamond away for a decent big men, and try to clear up some cap space and land a good point guard/center in the off season.
dale davis or theo ratliff would be great additions. obviously theo would be the one id really like to get a hold of, but shandon anderson and juwan howard id rather not see in a raptors uni. id rather have mo pete then shandon anderson, and mo pete would come cheaper, and is great trade bait because of his expiring contract. we would never get rid of shandon. juwan is just not a good fit for the raptors imo. hes not a center and thats what we need. plus he isnt a very strong defender, and offense isnt a problem anymore. he just signed a huge contract, so again, we'd never be able to get rid of him...that would be a really bad move on the raps part imo. we already got donyell, and hes better then juwan imo. THEO THEO THEO THEO THEO THEO!!! GIVE US THEO!! PLZZZZZZZZZZZ!
i agree, we need a big man, but GG certainly has revamped the roster, id say dumping off AD and JYD, who were two key components and staples of our team qualifies as a revamp. raps got a small, but pretty darn good line up. id really like to see theo ratliff in our starting line up though, but it prolly wont happen
I wish we get Theo hes Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! He would make this team a playoff team, that could possiblly get the 4 spot or maybe the 3 in the East. The Raps need a center more than anything. A point guard would be nice, but Bosh needs some help now. What would you guys give to get Theo Ratliff from the Hawks? Also what is his contract like?
I'd say get Theo or Juwan Howard. Davis is aging and has a huge ego. If Juwan comes, Donyell could move to small forward and take pressure off Bosh.
Do the Hawks need another forward? Because I just checked out their roster so I dunno about giving them Lamond. They might Alvin Williams though, but I can't see him in a Hawks jersey.

Also what is his contract like?</div> This IS a playoff team, we are a 3-4 spot with what we have right now. It doesnt show on paper right now, but we were #3 before Carter had that minor injury setback.
I agree that Theo is the perfect fit! Atlanta is just trying to offload their salary, so I think we could possibly get Theo for Lamond and MoPete. Not sure what the contracts are like. Anyone know?
