lol how long you've been following the Magic? well , he is great from the 3-point line..actually he was in the 3-point contest like 2 years ago if Im not wrong.... He is not so good penetrating to the basket like Giricek...but he is a hell of a shooter whenever you need a 3 you got it.
I think Garrity is one of the reasons weve lost so many games this season.. He really can hit a three.. And I think if we had him, T-Mac wouldnt always have to take the last shot.. We could get off to him wide open, and he could hit it.. But with the game on the line and no one else on the floor.. Everyone swerms to McGrady.. As long as Pat gets back next year..
yep all players near T-Mac just run to him or don't let him get the ball , so other players end up shooting a bad bad shot or turning it over or in Giricek's place getting blocked twice and not thinking T-Mac could be open now.
Damn man, give Giricek a break. We wouldn't be last place, IMO if we had Garrity. The dude is the clutchest man we have on our roster. With everyone swarming Tmac, Garrity would drain the shot. (like 0to1 said) Either that or Tmac wouldn't get as swarmed and actually be able to do something with Garrity taking some pressure off of him.

yeh I remember the old days T mac Garrity and Mike Miller the magic won a lot more games when they had miller and garrity

whatever. Remember last year before we did the deal we were reeling. 4 games under .500 and losers of like 5 of 7 or something similar to that. The trade rejuvanated us for our final playoff push.

I did some research on him also and watch a game with him playing healthy. I knew who he was sort of I just never focused my full attention on him. Well from what I know and learned we need him back and fast.
I use to somewhat like Garrity. TMac's offense provides well enough for your team as it is. What you really should focus on is boarding, size, strength and defense. Your entire team except TMac lack this. As for Garrity, he was good for what time he got. But he was so one dimensional. He was a reason you lost, if he couldn't shoot and still played, you'd get nothing. I hope you trade him and Lue, they're just so useless and can only shoot.
