Well, the way I look at it, developing Darko is a given. The problem is that it is a solution for the future, as developing a raw talent takes time. To win now, we need a trade and we need to get Rasheed or a quality scorer. I think Larry should make smarter subs, if Hamilton isn't hitting anything and he keeps taking horrible shots, you take him out. Put in anybody, as long as he doesn't go 3-20 from the field.
