Tracy Mcgrady Can't Seem To Handle Much More

To the Media.. A player shouldnt talk like that about his team to the media.. But to them.. He is the captian, and he needs to talk.. But he can't make it public. He has to help them out, tell them what they need to do..

Why doesnt Rod and Grant step in and help him out.. I am sure Grant knows alot about being a leader.. If it wasnt for his ankle injury he would be a captian with McGrady.. And Rod.. Hes a veteran.. He knows what hes doing..

 

Juwan also needs to step up his leadership. Yes, I still want him to shut up to the media, just like zerotoone said. Do it privately to your teammates.

Yeah do it in the locker room before,during,after a game or practice. Anyone can step up to the leadership plate. Anybody can get a spark started in the team to create it's fire.That's why I get mad when everyone depends on Tracy to do it.

lmao , I don't think so he won't be back in Toronto trust me.

He is not a vocal leader he does not know how to talk to his teammates as You guys or You need to , he talks to them as 3rd person talking about them to the media , that's the best he can do , that and lead by example.

 

LOL, Tmac isn't going to step foot in Canada other than when he lights up the Raptors for 40 pts when the Magic play them.

Yeah he'll go back to Toronto the next time Orlando plays them. When he does he'll blow out the Rapts like every other time he played against them,

 

^ Yeah...T-Mac can score 50 on the Raps if he wants to...but the Raps will still win the game.

 

Funny how we won when he scored less than 40 lol , he either scores 40+ against them or makes fun of them thorwing it off the backboard and dunking over like 3 of them.
